The ACEY-PCT540-128 pouch lithium ion cell grading machine is designed to measure voltage, capacity, and other parameters during the formation and grading stages of pouch lithium batteries. Based on the measured data, the system enables cell classification, statistical analysis, and data upload and sharing.
This equipment accommodates pouch batteries with a width of 25-170 mm, length of 20-240 mm, thickness of 2-20 mm, and tab center distance of 5-19 mm. It features 128 test channels, each equipped with an independent constant-current and constant-voltage hardware control circuit that supports start, stop, pause, resume, and protection functions.
